Dear Members and Friends of NYF, 
The NYF staff are continuing to make the gym the best place it can be!

We are bring on a new Massage Therapist and a new Personal Trainer! More information on them later this month!

NYF is hosting two events. The first is a Doubles Ping Pong Tournament on March 19th at 2:00pm. The second event is an Indoor Triathlon on April 16th, there will be various time slots to sign up for and it will take about an hour and ten minutes to complete the whole triathlon. Proceeds for the Indoor Triathlon will go toward scholarships for local graduates. You can sign up for both events at New York Fitness!

Doubles Ping Pong Tournament
NYF's first ever Doubles Ping Pong Tournament will be held Saturday March 19th. The first match's will begin at 2:00pm and the tournament will conclude when a winning team has been decided.

The Tournament is "Double Elimination" and prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. $25 entry fee per team, sign up forms are available at New York Fitness. 

You don't have to be a member to participate!

Deep Water Cardio
Low impact, deep water aqua aerobics using the Aqua Jogger belt for flotation! Great for non-swimmers and swimmers a like. Healthy for the joints, helps increase range of motion, strength, and endurance. This is the total body workout you need!
Classes held;
Monday and Thursday- 5:00-6:00pm
Chair Pilates
This class follows the basic principles of Pilates, using modifications to make the program accessible to people with balance, stability, or joint issues, as well as other challenges which prevent them from participating in the mat based Pilates classes. Pilates strengthens the core, helps build muscles, provides stretching benefits andenhances one's overall health.

This class will include sitting and standing exercises and will make use of stretch bands, light weights, and small balls.

Come in for a ONE DAY FREE TRIAL. No strings attached! During your one day free visit, you will be entitled to attend any of our classes, enjoy our competition size heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, racquetball courts, basketball court, weights area and cardio section!

Terms & Conditions: One(1) coupon per person. Must be 14 years or older to use facility. Under 18 must have parent signature. 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult while in the facility. Only one(1) day pass per person valid during any 3-month period.
