Relax and Change a Habit with Hypnotherapy - An Introduction: Feb 4, or Mar 23

The January "RELAX AND CHANGE A HABIT WITH HYPNOTHERAPY" workshop in Pine Grove went great!! The next ones scheduled are:

· Wednesday Feb. 4  ~  5:30 - 7pm or   (This one is filling up - must pre-pay to hold your spot)
· Monday March 23  ~  1 - 2:30pm
Cost is only $10 and if you decide to continue with private sessions, you actually save $20 on your first individual session!

I have been a Certified Hypnotherapist since 1992 and love how much the hypnotic work helps us relax and make changing habits easier. It is also time for me to return to this wonderful venue to help myself with my weight loss issues/challenges and to help others reduce stress and make the changes that they desire.

A helpful way to think of hypnosis is that it is a state of mind of increased suggestibility. You remain consciously aware though feel more internally focused and very relaxed. It is like that feeling of daydreaming as in a light hypnotic state and of being almost asleep as in a deeper hypnotic state. You pass through this state at least several times a day -  falling asleep, waking up, and times during the day where you drift off in your thoughts.
