"From Couch to Trail" 5K Prep Program begins on February 3

Our great 5K Preparation Program - FROM COUCH TO TRAIL -  is coming back to Team Fitness, next to the Post Office in Pine Grove!

This 8-week personalized small group fitness program is geared to beginners who want to train for a 5K walk, walk/run or run. (And just in time for ACRA's Bypass run on April 5thin Sutter Creek.)

FROM COUCH TO TRAIL - Small Group Program Includes:
Variety of exercises that keep you from being bored
Suggestions on diet and fitness for the rest of your week
Ways to help you stay motivated
Creating a Weekly Schedule - A Basic Training Plan
Importance of The Rest Break  
Strength-Training, Stretching, Nutrition, Visualization, Attitude!
Helpful Handouts
Fun and Comraderie

Cost of the entire 8 weeks is only $39 if you are a Team Fitness member, or if not a member cost is $68.

Schedule Options:
Monday 6:15 - 7:15pm, February 3 - March 24, 2014 OR
Wednesday 10 - 11am, February 5 - March 26, 2014
