When we decide to lose weight or stop smoking or change some other habit, we can feel really gung-ho in the beginning. This can last sometimes only a few days or so and there we are eating high calorie snacks late at night, reaching for that cigarette when we were determined not to, or blowing off the gym because we are too tired. You are not alone - so many of us find it hard to change sometimes what can be a lifelong habit.

Cherie Maitland - Life Coach, Stop Smoking Educator, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Soon to be Certified in Sports Nutrition (some of you know her as people and dog trainer) will coach you and support you to make realistic and gradual changes at your own pace. Or perhaps you are stopping smoking and know that for now one of your triggers to picking up a cigarette is going out for an evening with drinks - so for a short time, maybe you pick different activities.
