Courage to Start - Determination to Finish . . 5K Training for Beginners Starts March 6

For those who missed Sue's great presentation on Saturday called "From Couch to Trail" and who want to get some guidance on getting ready for the walk or walk/run combo plan, I will be offering a class including ideas and exercises for preparing for ACRA's Bypass 5K (3.1 miles) event - including strength training exercises. This class will be geared to those just starting out and who want to walk or also add in some running.

Training for Beginners Who Want to Walk or Walk/Run
ACRA’s 5K Race
Wednesdays 4 - 5pm
March 6 - April 3

$5 Weekly Drop-In Fee or $18 for 5-Week Series

Open to All Beginners

Come to 1 or more weeks. Be prepared to work out - you will participate at your own pace.
