Team Fitness: New Saturday Classes - Cardio Kickboxing, Boot Camp Fitness and Pilates

Howdy, this is Kim, a new fitness instructor at Team Fitness in Pine Grove. I want to invite everyone to try out my new classes on Saturdays. I will be teaching starting November 17th:
  • Boot Camp Fitness at 8:00 am, don't let the name scare you, I will tailor it to your fitness level. This is an all inclusive class, you'll work everything!
  • Cardio Kickboxing at 9:30 am, fun and exciting! This class encompasses basic cardio drills with Boxing and Kickboxing moves, for an all over workout. All levels welcome.
  • Pilates - Stretch & Strengthen at 11:00 am, this class will combine the core strengthening of Pilates movements with basic toning and stretching moves.
