Team Fitness: Fitness for You!

FITNESS FOR YOU! is a new 8-week personalized fitness program in a small supportive group with a Certified Fitness Trainer! It is geared to women over 40 and the first weekly series starts Thursday 7pm October 25 at Team Fitness in Pine Grove. Other times will be coming too.

Get motivated, enjoy a variety of exercises, have fun, receive fitness and diet suggestions for the rest of the week, and learn how to speed up your progress in a natural way. Achieve your goals side-by-side with others while they achieve theirs.
