Sutter Amador Hospital to provide free flu shots - Sun Nov 19


JACKSON, CA – Sutter Amador Hospital understands the importance of protecting our patients and members of the community from the flu and will host our second community flu clinic at the hospital on Nov. 19.
“Getting a flu shot each year is an easy way to potentially avoid getting the flu and spreading it to your family,” said Anne Platt, CEO of Sutter Amador Hospital. “We are happy to partner to provide the flu clinics to  encourage everyone to attend to help protect the most vulnerable in our community.”

Flu Clinic Details:
Sunday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sutter Amador Hospital
Outpatient Services Center

Attendees are asked to help support those in need in our community by bringing a non-perishable food item to donate to the Interfaith Food Bank.

Please note: Flu immunizations will not be available at Amador County schools to this is a wonderful opportunity to have your children immunized at no cost to you. The flu shots are available to anyone over the age of 3. For children under the age of three, please contact your primary care provider to obtain a vaccination.

These community clinics are possible thanks to the partnership with Amador County Public Health, Sutter Medical Foundation, Amador County Unified School District and Sutter Amador Hospital.
