Lions Eye Foundation offers Eye Care - Sat Nov 4

Did you know  your local Lions Clubs have a resource for  free eye care and surgery?

If you or someone you know needs eye care or surgery and cannot afford it , does not have insurance to cover eye care, Sutter Creek Lions and UP-Country 88 Lions Clubs are sponsoring a FREE 1-day seminar on Saturday November 4 from 11:00am-2:00pm at the American Legion Hall on Hwy 49/Airport Road, Sutter Creek.

Presenters include Lions Eye Foundations Past District Governors Don Allen, Kent Christensen, Gene Weatherby .

If you wonder where those old glasses that the Lions have been collecting, Dr. Todd Pickens will present a slide show for you to discover their destination. In addition, The Society for the Blind will have Kathleen Shevlin   to talk about their Senior Impact Program to assist vision the challenged manage their daily living. A light luncheon will be available for a $5:00 donation at 12:30.

Meet and Greet the  speakers, collect flyers , gather information, and applications.
