Circuit and Lift, plus other fun classes at Team Fitness!

Our small group classes usually 1 - 3 people - are fun, supportive and go by really quickly!
  Circuit and Lift meets Mondays at Noon and Wednesdays at 5:30pm at Team Fitness. Alternate cardio with short blasts for better fat burning after your workout is over - and strength training - for a complete workout including stretching. Go at your own pace, though not for the person just starting to exercise.
  We have other options for you if you are just starting to exercise and are really out of shape - Shape and Strengthen, Stretch, or the Golden Girls classes.
