Team Fitness offers Cardio Kickboxing Class

Cardio Kickboxing Class

This class will prepare you for whatever life throws your way! Punching, kicking and cardio intervals will give you an awesome high energy workout!

The moves used in class will include - warm up for arms and legs, cardio interval drills including jump rope, jumping jacks, skip drills, punching combo's using pads and the heavy bag, kicking moves on bag and kick pads. Basic exercises such as pushups, crunches and sit ups will also be used in the intervals. We will also be doing combinations using all the moves you learn.

Don't let any of this scare you off. All the moves in class can be modified for any level of fitness. You will probably feel a little uncoordinated at first, this is something different for your body, just give it a little time, after 5 to 6 classes you'll start to feel a lot more in control and get an real sense of empowerment!

This is a great way to give your body a much needed cardio change from the old treadmill, in addition to toning your arms, legs, back and chest.
