Wondering what "Walk Live" is all about?

Join me, Certified WALK Leader Beth Sands, in a multi-muscle, calorie blasting indoor walk
that targets every major muscle group in your body.

You will be amazed at the simplicity of the program and how quickly you’ll see results.

Based on the successful Walk at Home program developed by Leslie Sansone,
in place to music that’s paced to get you a great aerobic workout,
and you never have to follow perfectly!

The group setting provides encouragement, motivation, and ongoing support as you
walk your way to better health and weight loss.

Suitable for all fitness levels, ages, and enjoyed by men and women alike.
And it’s FUN! If you can walk, you can do this! Get your Walk On!
