New Express Shape Up Program Starts January 2nd at Team Fitness

Hello and Happy Holidays!!

I want to share some good news with you about a new program starting at Team Fitness in January next to the Pine Grove Post Office. This program is based on Tony Horton's 10-Minute Trainer. You may know of him from his intense P90x training program.

I wanted to find a short workout that I could do relatively quickly and integrate cardio into the strength training segment of my workout and cut down the time I needed to workout and still get good results. I just did 20 minutes of his 10 Minute Trainer Video and WOW!!

And here it is - check out our new offering called the EXPRESS SHAPE UP PROGRAM. You can participate 1, 2 or 3 times a week and the price is right. If this takes off, we will offer additional times. Right now the Monday time is 5 - 5:45pm participating in our Express Class with Laura and Wednesday and Friday meet 5 - 5:30pm with Cherie.

Our programs are geared to women in their 40's, 50's, 60's and up who are just getting back into fitness or who want to keep changing things up to stay interested on their journey to get in shape.

Monday 5 - 5:45pm - Express Workout - Blends Cardio and Strength Training for a good overall workout
Wednesday 5 - 5:30pm - Express Shape Up Class - Focuses on Core Strength Training and Some Cardio
Friday 5 - 5:30pm - Express Shape Up Class - Combines Cardio with Upper Body Strength Training
While each class will have a familiar structure and be geared to support each person to go at their own pace, it will also mix up the exercises and reps, weight etc so that we don't get stuck on the workout/fitness plateau where our body acclimates to the workout and we are no longer challenging ourselves. You will feel comfortable with the familiar format and challenged by the periodic changes!

Your FIRST WEEK IS FREE and after that cost is due at the beginning of every month to hold your spot:
Once a Week = $18/Month
Twice a Week = $30/Month
Three Times Weekly = $40/Month

You can also add on one low-cost Personal Fitness Training Appointment once a month for an additional $20 per month!!
