Summer is almost over, but we're just gearing up! Get ready to "WALK" yourselves Healthy and Strong this Fall!
I have a Fall Challenge for us all. Working my "math" I have come up with a plan to get 80 + Miles in BEFORE Christmas!! Wow! Wouldn't be wonderful to have all those miles in before you let yourself indulge just a bit?
It will be a great way to help you stay accountable and active throughout the holiday season! If you're up for the challenge - all you have to do is attend our Tuesday and Thursday classes at the Margaret Dalton Children's Center. That's it...nothing more than showing up and Walking!
Can't get much easier than that, can it?
****Our next 4 week session begins next Tuesday, Sept. 11th at 5:15 PM ****
Which will put us on the track for: A plan that includes just 3 sessions ending the week of Dec. 17th (this schedule, includes the entire Thanksgiving week off from classes!). So, I feel this is a "doable challenge" as far as scheduling and pacing ourselves.
There is no sign-up fee to participate. The only requirement is to show up and WALK!
It's something to look forward to and be proud of upon completion! Need some reasons WHY you should exercise?
