Walk Classes Begin Today!

Here we gooooo...with a brand NEW
4 Week Session!
If you haven't attended classes for a while, now is the BEST time to get back to YOUR
Walk "IN" Workout.
Remember, this is YOUR Program YOU make it what YOU want it to be.
Go full out and really put your mind to the muscle
OR...take it easy and build up to that type of workout!
YOU decide how much you want to put into this,
I am here to guide you.
We are now Working Out/Walking for a 45 minute class, however -
If you would like to stay at the 30 minute level
no problem, just talk to me we can easily do that for you!
We always begin right at 5:15 pm
